How to make a purchase

1. Please submit your orders to rnr2ubiz@gmail.com. Information needed are:

a. Item Code (as specified in our blog)
b. Your full name
c. Your full mailing address
d. Your reachable phone number
e. Preferred shipping method (please refer "Shipping Policy"

2. Once you have received an email confirmation from us, we will furnish you with our Maybank, CIMB or HSBC account number (whichever you prefer). You may also pay via PayPal but an additional 7% will be charged to cover all PayPal related charges. At this point, the item will be reserved for you for 48 hours.

3. Please deposit your full payment within 48 hours. Please email us immediately once payment is made. If payment is not received, RNR2U reserves the right to release the item to other customers.

4.We will ship the product to you within 1-2 business days for ex-KL items or will arrive in approx. 2-3weeks for ex-USA items after payment is received. We will furnish you with the shipping details. (Please read "Shipping Policy" for further info).

5. Please notify us once the product arrives.

7. Goods sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable, unless the mistake is from our part (e.g. shipping the wrong product, wrong address).

8. We are not responsible for any mishaps after shipment is made (item damage, theft, lost).

SHIPPING POLICY

RNR2U Shipping policy is as follows:

Ex-USA Standard
Items normally reach you in 2-3 weeks. Goods will be sent to RNR2U KL via Fedex in bulk upon receipt of order. We consolidate all orders and usually shipment is made once every two weeks. Once items arrive in KL, they will be sent to you via local Malaysian courier service (either Poslaju or Nationwide Express).

Ex-USA Express shipping
(additional charges apply)
Goods will be sent out via USPS Express Mail service, 5-7 business days, with FULL tracking options. Packages will be tracked at all stopping points on its way to you. Only choose this option if you are in need of the item extremely urgent. Additional costs are pretty high and customer is responsible for any taxes imposed by Malaysian customs (you might have to go to KLIA for this).

Ex-KL Self-pickup
(inclusive in ex-KL prices)
Goods can be picked up in from our local KL agent in Keramat.

Ex-KL Courier
(inclusive in ex-KL prices)
Goods will be sent out via Pos Laju or Nationwide Express service.

All prices listed on RNR2U are inclusive of delivery to you except Ex-USA Express, unless indicated otherwise. If you prefer other shipping methods, we will quote you accordingly.

Tip: To save on shipping costs Ex-USA express, you can combine orders with your friends!

Please inform us on your preferred method of shipment when placing orders.

In-season items shopping service

We offer shopping service for in-season items from official merchandise websites or authorized retailers. These items will be under "Pre-Order" status as follows:

1. Visit the merchandise official websites and let us know the model(s) that you want.

2. We will give you a quote, inclusive of shipping to Malaysia via USPS first class airmail service.

3. After confirming stock availability, you will need to confirm your orders with a 50% non-refundable deposit.

4. We will purchase the items for you from the official brand store or authorized retailers.

5. The remaining 50% will be due before we ship the item out to you.

6. However, if you take too long to confirm with a deposit, we do not guarantee the availability or pricing of the item. If the item no longer exists on the official labels' websites or authorized retailers, we will not purchase them for you. This is to ensure authenticity of the product. If the price changes due to expiry of promotional/sales event, we will follow the current pricing at time of purchase.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

All our products are purchased from authorized retailers in the US (factory outlet stores, shopping malls, brand stores, official brand/label websites). We try our best to maintain authenticity of the products that we carry.

We also try our very best to represent the products under the best photography lighting (we are amateur photographers!). The color may be subject to lighting, computer screen, etc.

We do not sell any products that are bought from eBay/Amazon or any other reseller websites, unless a customer requests for us to purchase for them. In this case, we cannot guarantee product authenticity, quality, or availability. The customer is solely responsible for any mishaps related to the product as we will merely do the purchase on behalf of the customer.
